Dust is seeking a Senior AI Support Engineer in Paris to help define world-class AI-native support. You will own AI-powered systems and feedback loops that make support faster, more scalable, and higher quality.

You will build agents for classification, auto-acknowledgement, and routed escalation, and you will improve internal tooling, documentation, and product feedback with strong technical instincts and a user-centric mindset.

Qualifications

Strong technical depth with APIs, web apps, logs, scripts, and internal tools.
Genuine AI fluency at builder level; experience building agents or automations.
Experience shaping support systems, AI tooling, deflection, and escalation workflows.
Balance technical accuracy with user experience in customer interactions and product feedback.
Able to communicate clearly with customers, engineers, and leadership.

Responsabilités

Design, build, and improve AI-powered systems to scale Dust support.
Develop agents for ticket classification, auto‑acknowledgement, routing, and escalation.
Measure impact on user experience and iterate on tooling and docs.
Investigate complex customer issues across logs, code, and product behavior.
Define escalation paths and provide actionable feedback to engineering.
