Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an AI Programme Delivery Lead to drive AI and digital transformation initiatives for a major manufacturing client in Paris. You will own delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

The role requires strong delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on manufacturing experience, with the ability to operate across fast-paced international environments and manage risk and budgets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex technology or transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Data initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
• Experience working with global stakeholder groups and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data specialists, technology teams, and external partners
• Develop and maintain programme plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management frameworks
• Ensure AI solutions are delivered in line with agreed business outcomes and operational requirements
• Drive communication across senior leadership and project teams
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delivery challenges
• Support change management and adoption activities throughout implementation phases
• Establish and maintain programme governance and reporting structures
