Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in test automation or RPA within SaaS delivery.
• Hands-on with test automation tooling and scripting for automations.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and AI-driven productivity.
• Ability to work in Agile, document and hand over automations.

Responsabilités

• Support the development of business cases that enhance the customer experience and ensure value tracking.
• Opportunity identification: scan ways of working to identify automation and AI opportunities and build business cases.
• Test automation: design, build and maintain automated test suites to increase regression coverage.
• Process automation: automate repetitive internal processes via scripting and low-code platforms.
• AI-enabled efficiencies: pilot and operationalize generative AI to accelerate internal tasks.
• Reusable assets: package automations as reusable components in the asset library.
• Value tracking: define and track success metrics for automation delivered.
• Community & enablement: grow internal AI/automation literacy through trainings and demos.
