Raison is seeking a founding Enterprise Account Executive to build our corporate sales motion from the first euro of ARR. You will turn our earliest design partnerships into paying customers, then design and own the repeatable playbook for selling AI mastery to mid‑market and enterprise companies across Europe.

You will sell to COOs, Transformation leads, and CEOs; often at the moment their board or PE fund pushes them to accelerate AI.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in B2B enterprise sales.
• Track record of closing complex, six-figure deals with senior buyers.
• Ability to build pipeline from standing start and thrive in ambiguity.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.

Tasks

• We are looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to build Raison's corporate sales motion from the first euro of ARR. You will turn our earliest design partnerships into paying customers, then design and own the repeatable playbook for selling AI mastery to mid‑market and enterprise companies across Europe.
• You will sell to COOs, Transformation leads, and CEOs; often at the moment their board or PE fund is pushing them to accelerate on AI. Our wedge isn't "training" (nobody buys that); it is rather making AI ROI real while keeping teams engaged and preventing AI from creating chaos inside the org. You will need to carry that story credibly into a boardroom.
• As a founding commercial hire working hand‑in‑hand with the CEO and the founding GTM/Ops, you will shape positioning, pricing, and target segments. You're joining right as we convert proof into pipeline.
• This role is perfect for a senior, relationship‑driven seller who's early enough to build the machine, not just run it: comfortable with no inbound engine and no big brand yet, just a sharp story, real proof, and you.

What you will do:

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle: from warm, network‑driven entry through discovery, pilot‑to‑paid conversion, proposals, and closing 50–200k€/year SaaS contracts.
• Develop the ICP, messaging, and sales playbook in tight partnership with the founders and the field team, then make it repeatable.
• Activate strategic channels – consulting firms, AI trainers, and referral partners – as routes to market, not just direct outbound.
• Feed the market's real objections (build‑vs‑buy, data privacy, measurement) straight back into product and positioning.

Requirements

• You have 5–10 years in B2B enterprise sales, with a track record of closing complex, six‑figure deals to senior operational or executive buyers — ideally in SaaS, AI, Transformation, or enterprise software.
• You are comfortable being early: you know how to create pipeline from a standing start, and you are energized rather than scared by ambiguity.
• You can hold a strategic, ROI‑and‑risk conversation with a COO and a human, culture‑first conversation with a team; because Raison’s thesis lives exactly at that intersection.
• You have excellent commercial instincts and are obsessively organized, with the discipline to build a repeatable motion, not just win one‑off deals.
• You are fluent in oral/written communication in both French and English. Spanish is a plus.
• You want ownership, equity, and the kind of career‑defining challenge that only comes from being early.
• Bonus point: you are deeply passionate about something other than work.
