Job summary

Dotfile, a fast-growing compliance technology company, is seeking an Account Executive to join its Sales Team in Paris or London. You will target the financial services industry, leveraging a proven sales playbook, and close opportunities across the EMEA region and beyond.

This is a hands-on role shaping GTM strategy and engaging clients from initial outreach through closing deals. As one of the early sales hires, you will work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, BDRs, and Marketing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within Fintech, Regtech, or fast-growing tech selling to financial institutions.
• Experience operating according to a proven sales playbook (Meddpicc, Command of the Message…).
• Experience in Mid-market and Enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience closing deals in several markets in EMEA and abroad, with native-level English.
• Strong technical and business acumen; comfortable discussing integration scenarios and C-level outcomes.
• Great interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across levels and personas.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding written and oral communication.
• Ownership mindset and results-driven approach; strong sense of accountability.
• Collaborative team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage opportunities, nurture, and close deals with high-profile clients.
• Deliver outbound pipeline generation strategies into your territory.
• Work with Solutions Engineering to tailor demos and demonstrate business value.
• Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing on outbound and inbound lead generation.
• Contribute to continuous optimization of the Sales playbook and processes.
• Liaise with Customer Operations to ensure smooth integration and ongoing client satisfaction.
