Job summary

Matrix42 is seeking a Web Growth Manager to own end-to-end website initiatives, turning visits into pipeline. You will combine commercial thinking, analytics, UX, and collaboration with an international marketing team to drive engagement and conversions.

You will lead campaigns from insight to measurable outcomes, optimize pages, and explore new web technologies. A proactive, data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in web management, growth, or digital experience
• Experience launching or redesigning a website or major page
• Strong understanding of digital journeys, CRO, and web analytics
• Commercial and data-driven mindset linking website decisions to business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Matrix42 website and key conversion paths
• Drive website performance, CRO, and demand capture across the customer journey
• Use analytics, insights, and testing to identify opportunities and measure impact
• Ensure messaging and experiences stay aligned with business goals
• Lead initiatives from idea to delivery with cross-functional stakeholders
• Explore AI and modern web tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency
