Base360.ai is hiring a Growth Marketer to help us reach B2C brands and turn attention into signups, leads, and customers. You’ll own channels, run campaigns, and relentlessly optimize for performance with an entrepreneurial mindset.

We value hands-on experimentation, AI-enabled work, and the ability to move fast. You’ll collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging, and you’ll be measured by growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple growth channels is a plus.
• Ability to design and execute growth experiments quickly.
• Comfort with data, attribution, and turning insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — set strategy, run campaigns, and measure results.
• Generate leads and drive signups across paid, SEO, outbound, and referrals.
• Run experiments fast — test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Use AI to improve research, copy, targeting, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert and analyze the numbers behind every step.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to point growth efforts next.
• Track everything and tell a clear story about what’s working and why.
