Matrix42 AG is seeking a Web Growth Manager to own the website end-to-end, driving conversion and growth with analytics, UX and technical collaboration. You will shape the roadmap, coordinate marketing, content, design and developers, and explore AI and modern web tools to boost engagement and pipeline.

With 3–5+ years in web growth, you’ll lead initiatives from insight to measurable outcomes, collaborating with international teams and stakeholders across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in web management, growth, or digital experience.
• Hands-on with website launches or major redesigns.
• Strong grasp of digital customer journeys, CRO, UX & analytics.
• Data-driven mindset linking decisions to business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Matrix42 website and key conversion paths.
• Drive website performance, CRO and demand capture along the digital journey.
• Use analytics, insights, testing to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Ensure messaging stays relevant and aligned with business goals.
• Lead initiatives from idea to delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.
