Job summary

Huspy, a leading real estate technology company, seeks a CRM Marketing specialist to bridge technical execution and business strategy for the UAE Real Estate market. You’ll build core growth infrastructure: landing pages, communication journeys, and end-to-end customer and partner lifecycles.

In a fast-paced environment, collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to design, test, and validate data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, with HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud as strong assets.
• Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize A/B/n tests across channels including email, WhatsApp, mobile push, and web push.
• Strong data fluency, with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, attribution, and ROI, and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
• Start-up mindset with a strong passion for experimentation, testing, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

• Project and stakeholder management: collect insights and requirements, scope the solution, align expectations, plan and execute end-to-end, while keeping involved parties updated throughout the process.
• Map our customers’ journey, partner with product managers and sales teams, and define communication journeys throughout the funnel.
• Plan and execute CRM Marketing campaign strategies based on data insights, research benchmarking, and products discovery - test a lot, learn, iterate.
• Report on campaign performance to measure effectiveness.
