Brillian is seeking a Marketing & Growth Specialist to turn its AI expertise into clearer, more visible value for potential clients. This hands-on B2B marketing role covers content, social, webinars, events, campaigns and sales materials designed to spark conversations and trust.

You’ll work with our marketing leader, leadership, sales and experts, helping to turn marketing actions into momentum, using AI thoughtfully to improve quality and speed rather than generate generic content.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing with a business-driven mindset.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience or interest in IT, tech, data, AI, SaaS or IT consulting.
• Experience in content, brand, communications, social media, webinars, events or growth marketing.

Responsibilities

• Turn Brillian’s AI expertise into content, campaigns, LinkedIn posts, articles, cases and sales materials.
• Help explain our end-to-end AI offering in a clear, commercially relevant way.
• Build a stronger LinkedIn and social presence for Brillian and our experts.
• Find content ideas, interview experts, write, edit and repurpose.
• Support sales with messaging and content that opens better customer conversations.
• Plan and coordinate webinars, events and other activities bringing us closer to potential customers.
• Test marketing tactics and learn what creates traction.
• Use HubSpot, data, marketing workflows and AI tools to improve next steps.
• Incorporate AI into marketing workflows to raise quality and efficiency.
