Job summary

Columbia Road Oy is seeking a CRM consultant to define, build and optimise CRM and customer data solutions that drive lead generation, sales growth, customer service experience, and customer loyalty.

You will work with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics to translate business requirements into technical configurations and explore AI opportunities to enhance CRM and digital sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and operating CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Analytical and curious mindset with ability to think creatively and see opportunities beyond the obvious.
• Ability to identify business challenges and create actionable plans to address them.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations and explain them clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM data models and integrations with related systems (marketing automation or customer support).
• Understanding of using AI as part of impactful CRM and digital sales solutions.
• Interest in digital sales technologies and understanding technical aspects of tools.
• Language: professional proficiency in English.
