Measurlabs in Helsinki is seeking a proactive, results-driven team lead for the Medical devices & Pharmaceuticals unit to accelerate growth across European and US markets. You will own the team’s performance, including financial and operational targets, and contribute to strategic growth.

You’ll lead day-to-day sales and delivery, ensure alignment with company strategy, and identify opportunities to remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Relevant industry exposure (lab testing or technical services is a strong plus).
• Performance-oriented mindset and comfort owning targets and outcomes.
• Motivation to contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

Responsabilités

• Independent leadership of day-to-day operations (sales and delivery) of the team to reach annual financial and operational targets.
• Ensuring the team-level strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy.
