Job summary

Bittium is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda for its medical technology segment from the Espoo site. Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field with current knowledge of HR practice.
• Substantial experience in demanding HR roles, including several years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leadership.
• Proven track record in organisational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Deep command of Finnish employment law and collective agreements, with hands-on experience leading change negotiations.
• Experience operating in an international organisation, and comfort working across jurisdictions.
• Fluent Finnish and English, with the credibility to influence at leadership level in both.
• Confidence with HR systems and data; you use evidence to build your case.

Responsibilities

• Translate the medical technology strategy into workforce priorities and own the plan.
• Ensure competence requirements, role definitions, training, and records hold up for audit.
• Own how the segment attracts and keeps specialists, including sourcing strategy and retention.
• Lead complex employment matters end-to-end, including negotiations and disputes.
• Contribute to harmonising HR processes across the organisation and support HR leadership.
