Job summary

PharmaRelations AB in Helsinki is seeking a commercially driven Business Developer to grow our footprint in Finland. You will build long-term partnerships with Life Science companies and convert relationships into new business opportunities.

You will collaborate with Nordic colleagues, understand client needs, and lead sales processes from first meeting to signed agreements.

Fluency in Finnish and English is required, and a strong Finnish Life Science network will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or consulting sales
• Strong network within the Finnish Life Science industry
• Ability to engage and build trust with senior decision-makers
• Strong commercial drive and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
• Experience from Life Science, healthcare or professional services is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with Life Science companies across Finland
• Create new business opportunities and grow selected key accounts
• Lead the sales process from first meeting to signed agreement
• Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and experts across the Nordics
