Job summary

Measurlabs in Helsinki is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the intake, labeling and packing of samples, and to coordinate shipping to partner labs worldwide. You will ensure smooth movement of materials, handle subsampling and customs where needed, and work closely with our Experts team and shipping partners.

The role requires presence at our Vallila office, with 8:00–16:00 or 08:30–16:30 hours on alternating weeks, offering a permanent position with a monthly salary and stock

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team! This is a permanent position based at our office in Vallila, Helsinki. In this role, you will primarily work with receiving and sending various kinds of material and chemical samples. You will receive samples sent by our clients, register them in our system, prepare the samples (including subsampling, labelling and repacking), and ship them for analysis to our partner laboratories around the world. You will take ownership of resolving any shipping issues, including clearing customs. You will collaborate mostly with our Experts team, the shipping partners we use, and sometimes our clients and laboratories. The key to success in this role is having a strong can-do attitude, keeping samples moving and troubleshooting whenever necessary.

We require your presence at our Vallila office from Monday to Friday. The working hours are either from 8:00 to 16:00 or from 08:30 to 16:30 on alternating weeks.
