Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy seeks an Application Specialist to manage and develop our Track & Trace solution. You will bridge IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless tracking from mills to customers.

You will oversee integration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our delivery tracking systems, collaborating with carriers, business units, and IT partners to optimize performance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of data analysis with an analytical mindset to identify root causes in data.
• Strong understanding of how several complex IT systems interact in a logistics environment.
• Experience or strong interest inVendor management.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks forward self-sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the delivery tracking system.
• Collaborate with carriers, business units, and IT partners to ensure seamless tracking.
• Improve tracking across major carriers and key markets.
• Onboard new carriers and assist with integrating their IT systems.
• Analyze tracking data using BI reports to identify root causes and improvements.
• Define priorities with stakeholders and plan next steps for tracking success.
• Maintain stable connections and message flows between internal systems and external platforms.
