Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud services including M365, Intune, and Azure.
• Previous relevant work experience, e.g. IT Specialist, IT support or Service Desk.
• Fluent in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily IT issues for internal users in Finland, UK, Netherlands, and India.
• Coordinate with external IT partners for complex technical escalations.
• Manage software licenses and hardware leasing agreements.
• Administer Microsoft cloud environments including M365, Intune, and Azure.
