Job summary

Vincit is seeking a Fabric Analytics Engineer to join our data practice and work across a diverse portfolio of customers in Finland. You will participate in design, development and implementation of modern data lakehouse solutions and reporting using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

You will advise customers on best practices for content distribution, collaborate with data engineers and business users, and help ensure governance across analytics projects. Fluency in Finnish and English is expected.

Qualifications

Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience with solid, established skills.
Proficient in Power BI and enterprise reporting.
Understanding of data warehousing and semantic modeling.
Experience with Data Factory, Lakehouse & Warehouse solutions.
Experience building analytics and reporting at enterprise scale.
Customer-first, self-driven attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

Work across the Fabric platform – building and maintaining Lakehouses, Data warehouses, and Semantic Models within Microsoft Fabric.
Advise on existing solutions – review and improve reports and guide customers on best practices for content restrictions and distribution.
Support development teams and business users – collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to keep reports reliable and useful.
Troubleshoot production issues – fix data model or refresh problems quickly when a critical report stops working.
Spot opportunities for broader improvements in data models or ways of working for governance.
