Job summary

Metso is seeking an enthusiastic Application Owner for Production area applications in the IT Supply Chain Management domain. You will own lifecycle management, drive improvements, and coordinate with business and IT teams in a hybrid work setup.

Location flexibility includes Tampere/Espoo with travel <15%. You’ll influence vendor relations, security, and architecture while delivering value across production processes and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, information management, supply chain or economics.
• 5+ years of IT work experience and business work experience.
• Solid understanding of MES, OEE, IoT and manufacturing IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the application's business value, service performance, security, compliance and roadmap as the bridge between business and IT.
• Manage application upgrades, enhancements and retirement plans.
• Collect and document requirements, perform functional analysis and ensure solutions are designed and tested.
