Job summary

Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Territory Manager, Neurovascular to drive growth in Finland and Northern Sweden through strategic account management and hands-on clinical support.

You will build relationships with interventional neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, stroke teams and hospital leadership; provide procedural education and product demonstrations; and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education and Supply Chain to expand access to neurovascular

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or clinical support.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare environment or medical device industry.
• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Finland and Northern Sweden.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives across Finland and Northern Sweden.
• Build relationships with interventional neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, stroke physicians, nursing teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities through territory analysis and account prioritization.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, product evaluations, and customer training.
• Deliver product education, demonstrations, and in-service training to healthcare professionals.
• Support adoption of new technologies by developing clinical champions and facilitating customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Medical Education, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, customer activities, inventory records, and opportunities in CRM systems.
