Johnson & Johnson's Medtech Electrophysiology unit in Finland is recruiting a Clinical Consultant to provide expert technical and product training to physicians, EP lab staff and administrators on JnJ systems and catheter equipment, maintaining high professional standards.

You will collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify opportunities, coordinate site servicing, and stay current on product instructions and literature across Finland, including travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent (required), preferably in biotechnical, nursing or scientific.
• Previous clinical/engineering/paramedical experience (preferred).
• Experience within electrophysiology/cardiology (advantage).
• Good education and presentation skills.
• Computer software package skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office main products (required).
• Dedication, perseverance and ability to complete internal training.
• A strong technical understanding and interest (required).
• A valid European driving license (required).
• Home location in Southern Finland (preferable Helsinki–Tampere area).

Responsabilités

• Provide expert technical and product advice/assistance and training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators.
• Identify customer needs and create awareness of JnJ products and solutions; seek sales opportunities.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance, repair and upgrades of soft- and hardware with the European Technical team.
• Stay current on IFU, methodologies, troubleshooting and literature.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical colleagues to grow customer relationships.
• Respond to customer requests via email and phone.
• Administrative tasks such as CRM, documentation, and safety/compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local and company regulations.
