Job summary

Boston Scientific in Tampere, Finland, invites an experienced Product Manager to shape the Endourology franchise across the EMEA region. You will translate market insights into strategic portfolio decisions and work with Global and regional teams to drive growth and successful launches.

You will lead data-driven analyses, develop business cases, and collaborate with R&D, Clinical and Marketing stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to translate market data into strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent is required.
• 7–10+ years of product management experience, preferably in the Medical Device industry.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategic direction of the Endourology franchise across EMEA.
• Develop data-driven portfolio prioritization and market expansion plans.
• Translate customer, market, reimbursement and competitive insights into strategic options for EMEA and Global leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align launch plans and ensure execution.
• Lead strategic market entry frameworks and evidence-based value propositions.
