Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment in our Vaasa, Finland office. You will partner with hiring managers across engineering and construction domains to understand talent needs and craft effective sourcing strategies.

In a fast-paced environment, you will build strong relationships, develop talent pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from briefing to onboarding, while using data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting in Construction or Engineering.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong direct sourcing using LinkedIn and social channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for allocated business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify talent via LinkedIn, social media, and networks.
• Develop talent pipelines for key roles and future needs.
• Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to stakeholders.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates with a high-quality experience.
• Collaborate with HR and TA teams to ensure a consistent service.
