Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, data centers or technical projects is a plus.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and HR to forecast workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment processes from need to hire.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies when needed.
