The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, fast-paced delivery, and a strong sales mindset to pitch opportunities to candidates and close placements. You’ll build networks in the Finnish tech market and contribute to shaping recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or headhunting in a high-volume environment.
• Comfort with high-volume candidate outreach and cold messaging.
• Sales mindset and persuasive communication, closing placements.

Responsibilities

• Headhunt and attract top IT talent using LinkedIn, networks, databases and creative sourcing approaches.
• Conduct high-volume outreach to build and fill candidate pipelines for open roles, reaching large numbers efficiently.
• Manage multiple open requisitions and candidate pipelines in parallel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals.
• Work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand roles, team structures, technical requirements and business needs.
• Support job qualification and turn customer requirements into clear candidate profiles.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, motivation and fit for different opportunities.
• Sell candidates to companies and opportunities to candidates — presenting strong matches persuasively and driving the process from first contact through placement.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the Finnish technology market.
• Follow the Finnish technology job market and identify new talent pools and sourcing opportunities.
