Job summary

M-Files Corporation is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to optimize the Partner Sales Organization. You will streamline processes, manage tools and data, and enable the partner team to operate efficiently and effectively across markets.

The role requires 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, strong analytics, and experience with GTM strategy. Flexible remote work is offered, with travel for team meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with software partner models and GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executive to deliver partner revenue targets.
• Design and execute scalable partner processes and workflows.
• Develop AI-forward systems, processes, and reporting.
• Manage CRM and partner systems with data integrity and audit readiness.
• Support partner program development and governance.
• Define partner territory planning, quotas, and compensation models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across home and partner markets.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity.
• Work with Deal Desk and Marketing Ops to streamline Lead-to-PO processes.
• Provide insights from sales data and trends.
