Job summary

Visual Components Oy in Espoo, Finland, is seeking a dedicated Partner Manager for the Emerging APAC markets (India and SE Asia). You will grow our reseller, partner, and key account network while driving B2B software sales and managing strategic alliances.

You will report to the Head of Global Sales, travel to APAC approx. 4-6 times per year, and collaborate across CRM tools and MS Office to forecast opportunities and close deals. Flexible hours and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account and partner management.
• Experience in selling software is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM solutions and MS Office.
• High professional English proficiency; other languages are a benefit.
• Willingness to travel to APAC approx. 4–6 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and develop the Visual Components reseller and partner network in the APAC region.
• Work with leads (inbound and outbound).
• Build strong relationships with resellers, partners and strategic accounts.
• Negotiate contracts (reseller, OEM, partnerships, etc.).
• Create sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
• Represent Visual Components at tradeshows, seminars and webinars.
