The role requires high-level financial modeling, valuation, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for the CEO, executive team, and Board.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, M&A/Corporate Development, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate analysis into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive 3stepIT’s group M&A agenda from pipeline to due diligence to closing.
• Shape and execute the group’s long-term strategy and growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects across geographies and functions.
