ReOrbit is seeking a highly driven Head of Business Operations to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, working with the CEO and leadership team. You will drive critical initiatives, improve operating rhythms, and ensure decisions become action in a fast-growing, international tech environment.

This high-ownership role requires handling multiple priorities across functions, with a focus on dashboards, KPIs, and scalable processes to support growth. Helsinki-based with global impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or similar high-ownership roles.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience working closely with senior executives while remaining hands-on.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and demanding timelines.
• High ownership, discretion, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CEO and management to translate strategy into priorities and actionable plans.
• Drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Track company objectives, milestones, and KPIs; flag issues proactively.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for key decisions.
• Ensure leadership decisions become clear actions and are followed through.
• Improve operating cadence, processes and ways of working as the company scales.
• Identify bottlenecks and work with leaders to resolve them.
• Establish dashboards, reporting, and routines for transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate initiatives across Engineering, Delivery, Commercial, Finance, People and others.
• Support development and implementation of scalable business processes.
• Act as execution partner to the CEO on top priorities.
• Prepare materials for leadership and board discussions.
• Follow up on commitments across leadership.
• Support management reviews and planning cycles.
• Take ownership of special projects from the CEO.
