We are strengthening our team and looking for a Senior System Specialist to join our Implementation Services in Finland. As a Senior System Specialist you will work closely with your team in both national and international customer projects, sharing your knowledge and sparring with your colleagues. With the help of a great, competent team, you get to work on significant projects that profoundly change the way our customers do business in the digital, work-from-anywhere world.

Your daily work consists mostly of consulting with direct customers and M‑Files partners in M‑Files projects. You will support our customers in developing their business processes with the use of our product.

Your main responsibilities include defining business requirements with the customer and planning a system design based on the identified requirements. By choosing the correct methods of implementation with scalability and maintenance in mind, you ensure a high customer value throughout the solution's lifecycle. You will also participate in the continuous development of our implementation practices.

We are looking for team players who are inspired by learning new things, who work in project mode, and who work well with the team. We value the will to solve customer technical issues, a consultative way of working, and good communication skills. This time we are especially interested in seasoned professionals and additionally looking for a Swedish speaking person.

To be successful in the role you will need:

• Software development skills (C#, JavaScript, HTML)
• Experience in various integrations between IT systems
• Experience in documenting specifications and tools used for it (e.g. Visio, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in the customer interface
• Ability and passion to learn about IT systems
• Fluency in English and Finnish; other language skills are considered an advantage, especially highly appreciated with fluent Swedish skills
• M.Sc degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, engineering, or other technical or commercial fields

Additionally, we value competence in some of these areas:

• Various IT systems and databases
• Understanding of software development and how programming can be utilized in implementations
• Corporate IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Databases, Network Infrastructure)
• Other technologies: M-Files, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, .NET
• Certifications in various frameworks (e.g. ITIL, SAFe, COBIT, and TOGAF)

AI / Agents

• Hands‑on experience with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Gemini
• Experience building AI-assisted solutions in both personal projects and professional environments
