Job summary

N-Clean Oy in Finland is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily site operations and develop service business activities in the Ylläs and Levi region. You will manage personnel, build customer relationships, and drive profitability while upholding our values and safety standards.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic development, overseeing budgets, performance metrics, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or at least one year of experience in the property services or service industry.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, coach, and lead a team fairly and consistently.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to plan and develop operations cost-effectively and lead change in day-to-day operations.
• Readiness to take responsibility for the performance and results of your site.
• Adequate digital skills for using work tools and systems.
• Positive, responsible, and goal-oriented attitude with a business-minded approach.
• Good spoken and written Finnish and/or English; if one language is fluent, the other may be at a basic level.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car; travel within the region included.
• Previous supervisory experience or experience guiding a team (advantage).

• Leading site operations, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Personnel management, recruitment, onboarding, shift planning, and supporting employee wellbeing and work ability.
• Managing and developing customer relationships, promoting additional sales, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitoring site finances, budgets, and resources, and improving profitability.
• Goal-oriented development of operations, identifying risks, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Reporting key performance indicators and service performance.
• Participating in cleaning work when necessary.
