Job summary

N-Clean Oy in Turku invites applications for a Service Instructor role in hotel cleaning. This part-time position focuses on coordinating daily work, guiding colleagues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery under supervision.

Hours are 30 per week with shifts on weekdays and weekends. Candidates must have cleaning services experience and good Finnish or English communication; a work permit is required if not a citizen. Salary is €13.88 per hour under the collective agreement.

Join Us as a Service Instructor in Hotel Cleaning in Turku!

Are you an experienced cleaning services professional interested in a coordinating role where you can support your teams daily work and help ensure high-quality service delivery? With us, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable team.

As a Service Instructor, you will work under the supervision of a manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at our customer site. You will work responsibly and help ensure that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with agreed quality standards and operating procedures. You will act as a key link between employees, management, and customers, supporting your supervisor in daily operations. Please note that this role does not include formal supervisory responsibility.

Customer service is an essential part of this position, and success requires a customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills. In your role, you will have a direct impact on customer experience and the quality of customer relationships, making active cooperation, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach vital to your success.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Ensuring the quality of daily cleaning operations, planning work allocation, and using resources in a cost-conscious manner
• Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing improvement ideas
• Guiding employees, supporting onboarding, and ensuring safe working practices
• Customer collaboration and communication
• Regular participation in practical cleaning work

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in either Finnish or English. Language skills are important in this coordinating role to ensure clear guidance, understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and employment-related communication.
