Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning work and knowledge of commercial cleaning services.
• Ability to guide and support a work community and provide clear feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Customer-focused approach and positive mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Fluent spoken and written Finnish.
• Valid work permit if not a Finnish citizen.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
