Job summary

N-Clean Oy is offering a permanent, full-time housekeeping supervisor role in Finland. The position is 37.5 hours per week with shifts on weekdays and weekends, primarily mornings. A start date is flexible, with a target by 1 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.
• Ability to guide and support a work community in everyday situations, promote an inclusive and respectful working environment, and provide clear feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Customer-oriented approach and positive mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Fluent communication in Finnish or English, with basic knowledge of the other language.
