Come Work With Us as a Service Instructor in Commercial Cleaning Services in Joensuu

Are you a cleaning services professional interested in a coordinating role where you can support your team’s daily work and help ensure high-quality service delivery? With us, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable team.

As a Service Instructor, you will work under the supervision of a manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at customer sites. You will work responsibly and ensure that all tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with agreed quality standards and operating procedures. You will act as a key link between employees, management, and customers, supporting your supervisor in daily operations. However, the position does not include formal supervisory responsibility.

Customer service plays a central role in this position, and success requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. In your role, you will directly influence the customer experience and the smoothness of customer relationships, making active collaboration, clear communication, and a solution-focused approach essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the quality of daily cleaning operations, planning work allocation, and using resources in a cost-conscious manner
• Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing improvement ideas
• Guiding and onboarding employees and ensuring safe working practices
• Customer cooperation and communication
• Regular participation in practical cleaning work

We expect you to have:

• Experience in cleaning work and knowledge of commercial cleaning services
• The ability to guide and support a work community in everyday situations, promote an equal and respectful work atmosphere, and provide clear feedback
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
• A customer-focused approach and positive mindset
• The ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Fluent spoken and written Finnish language skills
• A valid work permit if you are not a Finnish citizen
• A valid driver’s license and access to a car, as the work area is extensive and the role requires travel between sites
• Previous experience in team guidance or supervisory roles and/or relevant industry education will be considered an advantage

What we offer:

• A permanent full-time employment contract, 37.5 hours per week
• Shifts primarily on weekdays in early morning hours starting from 6:00 a.m. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends when needed, is appreciated
