Job summary

N-Clean Oy is offering a permanent, full-time housekeeping supervisor role in Finland. The position is 37.5 hours per week with shifts on weekdays and weekends, primarily mornings. A start date is flexible, with a target by 1 November 2026.

The company provides onboarding through the Onboarding Path and N-Clean Academy, plus a competitive salary under the Property Services Collective Agreement. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting the team, fostering an inclusive, safe, and compliant

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.

What We Expect From You

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services
• Ability to guide and support a work community in everyday situations, promote an inclusive and respectful working environment, and provide clear feedback
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
• A customer-oriented approach and positive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Ability to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in either Finnish or English, while a basic working knowledge of the other language is sufficient. Language skills play an important role in this supervisory position, helping to ensure effective guidance, understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and the proper management of employment-related matters.
• A valid work permit if you are not a Finnish citizen
• A valid driver’s licence

• A permanent, full-time employment contract (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts on weekdays and weekends, primarily morning shifts. We appreciate flexibility to work different shifts when needed.
