Job summary

GEA Group in Helsinki, Finland is seeking a Service Sales Specialist for Separation and Homogenization within the PFP division. You will drive service sales, manage RFQs, and work with project teams to secure parts, repairs and field service orders.

The role requires a commercial qualification with technical background and 5+ years of equipment experience. You will use I-Base and CRM to optimize opportunities and customer satisfaction in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with separation and homogenization equipment.
• Commercial qualification with technical background.
• Experience providing lifecycle services support in an engineering or FMCG environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales activities for separation and homogenization within PFP.
• Review RFQs and clarify customer requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives with peers and Head of PFP Service.
• Develop and utilize service sales tools (I-Base, CRM).
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with equipment project teams.
• Promote spare parts, repairs and field service to customers in Africa.
• Plan CRM-based customer visits and document minutes.
• Promote smaller projects like upgrades and modernization.
• Assist with quotes, follow-ups and timely order execution.
• Participate in negotiations of offers, quotations and contracts.
• On-site support for services and small-scale service projects.
