GEA Finland in Helsinki is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to be the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders and after-sales support. The role focuses on delivering timely updates and coordinating activities across stakeholders, with around 25 hours per week.

You will work with SAP and CRM, support technical questions with factory experts, manage warranty claims and coordinate service visits, ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support in a technical environment.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Technical knowledge in hygienic valves and pumps.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries, orders and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide timely updates.
• Process inquiries and issue order confirmations.
• Support service activities and warranty/claims processes.
• Monitor KPIs and report to management.
