Job summary

3stepIT is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & M&A to accelerate growth and shape the company’s future. You will drive the Group’s M&A agenda, lead due diligence, and partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable growth initiatives.

You will work with the CEO and Board to identify opportunities across markets, develop value creation plans, and manage cross-functional programs in an international context.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in Corporate Strategy, M&A/Corporate Development, consulting, PE or related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global M&A agenda, build pipeline, due diligence, and transactions through to execution.
• Shape Group’s long-term strategy with growth initiatives and value creation plans.
• Identify new growth opportunities across markets and business models.
• Lead strategic analyses across markets, competitors, and performance.
• Develop business cases and support major investment decisions.
• Collaborate with CEO, Exec Team and Board with data-driven insights.
