Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished strategist to lead the company's M&A and growth initiatives from opportunity identification to execution. You will shape the long-term strategy, develop value-creating business cases, and drive cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders across regions.

The role requires high-level financial modeling, valuation, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for the CEO, executive team, and Board.

Job description

• Drive 3stepIT’s global M&A agenda by building the pipeline, evaluating opportunities, leading due diligence, and driving transactions through successful execution
• Shape and execute the Group’s long-term strategy
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete growth initiatives and value creation plans
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across existing, adjacent, and emerging markets
• Lead strategic and commercial analyses across markets, competitors, customers, trends, and business performance
• Build business cases and support investment and strategic decisions
• Lead value creation initiatives focused on revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA improvement, asset utilization, and capital efficiency
• Develop strategic KPI frameworks and track execution and impact across the Group
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and new business models
• Provide data-driven insights, recommendations, and decision support to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders and external advisors across functions and geographies
• Report to the Chief Strategy Officer

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy, M&A / Corporate Development, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional strategic thinking
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations and sound business decisions
• Strong commercial mindset and business judgment
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and engage senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
