Job summary

3stepIT is seeking a Global Vendor Manager to oversee supplier selection, negotiation, performance, and long‑term management across regions. The role requires strong commercial acumen, cross‑cultural communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will lead global RFP/RFI processes, manage budgets, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Experience in IT asset disposition, IT hardware trading, or related technology services industries preferred.
• Proven track record in designing and managing multi-regional service delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global RFP/RFI processes and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, KPIs, and long‑term agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal procurement policies.
• Monitor vendor performance using KPIs, scorecards, and service reviews.
• Benchmark vendor performance against industry standards and drive improvements.
