BCG Platinion in Helsinki seeks a senior AI Tech Consultant to help private equity clients address strategic technology challenges, including IT due diligence, technology carve-outs, and PMI within the PIPE practice. The role focuses on enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and modern architectures.

Collaborate with business and tech leaders, applying agile methods and data-driven analysis to create value in deals, scale digital platforms, and guide post‑deal integration for global clients.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in IT strategy and consulting or related fields.
• Basic understanding of technology financials and deal value.
• Experience in M&A tech due diligence or related PE value creation.
• Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• STEM or business degree with strong academics.

Responsabilités

• Assess IT architecture, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity in due diligence.
• Support technology carve-out and PMI in PE deals.
