Job summary

Eykon is seeking a technically skilled and customer-oriented (Senior) Service Operator to join our Services and Solutions team in Jyväskylä. You will oversee service operations for metering services, ensuring seamless operation of devices, connectivity, and integrations, acting as a single point of contact for customers.

You will monitor service levels, engage in incident handling, and collaborate with support teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in IT or equivalent.
• Experience with server software and Oracle database preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL methods is a plus.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure agreed service levels by proactive monitoring and service operations.
• Participate in the customer support process with the support teams and handle service requests.
• Maintain direct contact with customers when needed and manage incidents.
• Apply ITIL processes to improve service operations.
