Job summary

Sweco Finland is seeking an experienced Project Planner or Senior Project Planner to join its industrial projects organisation in Jyväskylä. You will lead scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting across large-scale industrial investments, collaborating with engineering, procurement and management teams to provide a clear view of project status and risks.

The role offers flexible location options across Finland, combining office-based and remote work as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Typically around three years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience in industrial projects and EPCM environments is preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 is essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule projects, monitor progress, and report status.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project management teams.
• Support project leadership with clear view of risks and milestones.
