Job summary

Sweco Finland Oy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead demanding industrial projects from development and engineering through implementation, commissioning and handover. You will coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and reporting in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The role requires a technical degree (BSc/MSc) and at least five years in industrial project delivery.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in industrial project management or project delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary industrial projects during the implementation phase; EPCM or similar models an advantage.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
• Coordinate several technical disciplines and delivery partners; resolve interfaces.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Finnish and/or Swedish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial projects from development through handover.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Manage delivery including scope, schedule, budget and risks; ensure reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Travel within Finland and potentially internationally.
