Job summary

Sweco is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large, multidisciplinary industrial investments from development through handover. You will drive strategic decisions, coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, and partner with clients to secure successful outcomes.

We value a proven track record in EPCM/PMC delivery, strong team leadership, and excellent English communication; Finnish or Swedish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior project leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering industrial investment projects.
• Strong experience in EPCM, PMC, Owner's Engineering or similar delivery models.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• English communication; Finnish and/or Swedish are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead demanding multidisciplinary industrial projects from development through handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and commercial matters for large project organisations.
• Lead project delivery in EPCM/PMC or similar models, coordinating with clients and partners.
• Travel within Finland and, where required, internationally.
