Job summary

Sweco is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead industrial projects from development to handover. You will manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

The role involves travel within Finland and potentially international assignments, with support from Sweco's expert network. A technical degree and 5+ years in industrial project delivery are required.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in demanding industrial project delivery.
• Experience leading broad, multidisciplinary project organisations and coordinating interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Familiarity with EPCM or similar industrial project delivery models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of complex industrial projects from development through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate interfaces across multiple disciplines and delivery partners to keep projects on track.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder communications are effectively managed.
