Zalaris is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead HR and Payroll transformation projects for clients across Finland and Europe. You will deliver implementation, migration and digitalisation initiatives while coordinating stakeholders, timelines, budgets and project teams.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in HR/Payroll/HCM, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to operate in international environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in HR/Payroll/HCM or related transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments.
• Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HR and Payroll projects across Finland and Europe.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
• Act as primary client contact and manage stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, IT and Operations.
• Drive governance, reporting and steering committee activities.
• Manage customer expectations on scope, timeline, budget and risks.
• Ensure delivery aligns with quality and compliance requirements.
