Job summary

Zalaris, a global HR and payroll transformation specialist, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead HR and Payroll transformation projects for clients across Finland and Europe. You will deliver implementations, migrations, and digitalisation initiatives while coordinating stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and project teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR/payroll transformation projects, strong communication skills, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in HR, Payroll, HCM or related transformation projects.
• Experience delivering HR/payroll transformations across international environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• PMI/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR and Payroll projects for clients in Finland and Europe.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Act as primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, IT and Operations.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and steering committee activities.
• Manage customer expectations regarding scope, timeline, budget, and risks.
• Ensure successful delivery aligned with quality and compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.
