Capalo AI is seeking a Global HR Manager to own how we hire, contract, pay and care for our people across Europe. You will run HR operations in Finland and Romania today and design scalable processes for new markets, including EoR partnerships and multi-country compliance.

• Multiple years in an HR Manager or equivalent role with hands-on HR operations.
• Experience employing people in several European countries via own entities or EoR providers.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish employment law, statutory insurances and occupational health care; awareness of wider EU landscape.
• Proven ability to work across countries with different legal frameworks, cultures and time zones.
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent English communication and ability to handle confidential matters.

Responsabilidades

• Own the employee lifecycle and people data from onboarding to offboarding with accurate HRIS records.
• Support market entry by advising on hiring models, local employment law, costs and timelines.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and cross-border working instructions.
• Manage salary administration, benchmarking and contribute to job architecture with the VP People.
• Oversee employee wellbeing, occupational health, insurances and safety obligations.
• Assist managers and employees as the go-to partner on people matters, including sensitive cases.
• Draft, issue and maintain contracts across Finland, Romania and new markets.
• Coordinate Employer of Record partnerships and transition plans to own entities when suitable.
• Coordinate relocation and international mobility including permits and cross-border work arrangements.
• Run payroll with external providers and ensure on-time payroll and statutory contributions.
• Develop HR tooling and reporting for headcount, costs and attrition.
